- Clients can add images, such as Before/After photos
- Clients can leave reviews, edit and share their rating
- Clients can vote on a comment (interesting, lol or love)
- A listing owner can comment on a review once
In line with industry best practices, negative reviews cannot be deleted by the listing owners and can only be deleted by our admins. The platform informs the business owner in the message centre of any rating that is 3 stars or less so that you can respond professionally. Demonstratory and false accusations of fact or defamatory reviews should be reported to admin for a removal request consideration.
